I'm not sure who he will pick, but if it were me advising him I would try to convince him to pick someone from a battleground state especially if it is a major one like Ohio or Pennsylvania. Getting someone that can help him win one of those states will likely do more to help him than trying to pick a woman or an Hispanic in an effort to win over a few more of those voters.
