How can companies get away with this?
I have always had both a mainstream side to my business as well as adult. Domains of 1 never point to another and I even use different hosting and domain name accounts and email addresses.
The other day I was interested in a domain name and someone pointed me to a domain name valuation web site. Out of curiosity I plugged in a few of my domains and to my horror found a major domain is blocked from the service because it is adult and unsafe for kids.
It claims that the site is:
Website marked as not safe on mcafee siteadvisor.com
Website marked as not safe on opendns.com
Contacted both companies (a feat into itself) and here it is weeks later and nothing has been done.
How can companies/people make mistakes like this without any repercussions? I have no idea what this has cost me over the years.
