Nope. Out of that $45 Million, $19 million were from donors. Only $13 Million came from Trump himself. :

Self-funding is a cool idea, but in my opinion Trump, like all politicians, barely, rarely, tell the whole truth. A little scrutiny here, especially on trump, is a good thing I think.
