Are you for real? You do not know that importing goods are bad and exporting goods are good for countries? Is import/export balance seriously a new thing for you?

If Chinese come to Russia and buy your goods - it is good for Russia. Opposite - it is good for China. As simple as that.

It is not that much about migrants as about the land. If majority of Chinese in Far east of Russia were Chinese, it is a danger to national security to Russia. China may or might even try to claim the lands. Not now, not in ten years, but maybe in a century or two.
Ps: Something like that was done by Russia already, when they tried to "rescue Russian nationals in Crimea" from evil Ukrainian dictatorship. In a century or so Chinese may try to "rescue" their people in those territories the same way.
That is a big concern for Russia.
