LOL, all the goods you posted are raw materials. It is BAD to export raw materials and GOOD to export made goods. Raw materials have very low additional value that is why you try to limit export of those and try to make something out of them and then export. Example - instead of exporting wood logs, you would rather export furniture. Or something in the middle at least - quality timber etc. That is how you get added value.
I can not believe you have no idea about simple things like that and you are actually proud that most of your export is raw materials. That is VERY VERY BAD.
Banana republics and third world countries export raw materials, top countries export made goods (with huge added value that stays in the country).
As for Alaska and Cali - wrong comparison as majority of the people there are not Russians.
If majority of Alaska people were Russians, even a power like US would be very worried.
That is geopolitics basics...
