xxxjay has some intelligence and is very likable in some respects, but if I were to ever run something serious I couldn't associate with him, he's what you call a liability.
If you had him in the room of potential investors you were pitching too, he would always be the thing to throw things off, at the very list hey would want him trimmed; if looks don't do it, his behavior will make it apparent right away.
That said, he does have hustle, he gets projects completed, and knows how to get attention when needed (the whole Charlie Sheen debacle).
He made his SEO courses everyone made fun of and while he did have some unrefined parts in the courses, they were well done.
