This is a true business man, someone that doesn't see someone doing good or bad, treating every individual the same. Good for Steve & all of those people that will stay sincere whether rich or poor, in a large company or not. Depending on how small or large you are has nothing to do with the amount of effort you put into a business or a job, the way you treat people & of course respect & honor
