I wouldnt say that what happened over there - in eastern ukraine was because of "russian agression". I'm not even sure if that conflict started only with a help of FSB advisors from Russia. maybe there was some strong local mood that later got exploited by Russians ?

It doesn't matter what they speak.. Russia invaded another country's boarders and took land that was not theirs. END of Story. Russia was the aggressor and not NATO. Now NATO countries will improve their defenses because of Russia's aggression..
