Baton Rouge is a segregated poor corrupt humid shithole, I've lived there, as I've said before. Being an "out of towner" when living there with my friend who was born & raised there, it's scraping the bottom of the barrel of poor people wanting to feel relevant by clinging to their heritage and sticking their nose up at out of towners and letting blacks know their place. Every white person, even a Wal-Mart clerk, will have some BS family history story of plantation owners that had lots of land & slaves.
Having Obama as president really has uplifted a lot of the most repressed to open their eyes enough to say I don't have to take this shit I can be more I deserve more, because, at the same time, the people holding them down were being even more cruel because having a black president has been pissing them off for 8 years.
Cops shooting and killing people point blank, or ambushing them & choking them to death in public, isn't going to fly anymore and cops will continue to die until it changes in a very public way. Hillary is going to have to do it, Obama's hands are tied because he'll be seen as the angry militant black man, the GOP has been painting him as secretly evil since he announced running the first cycle.
