Jon Snow is "The King in the North!" now as well. Newly minted crown and everything. I think he may very well end up being her guy.

Sansa was 14-ish if I recall correctly when she went south with Ned. A couple of story years have passed since then be not much more.
Then again a guy like Hansen would soon find himself without a head if he were to go about Westeros arresting every man who took up with teen girl.
