I am forty-seven years old and super healthy. I've been to the hospital once my entire life, to have my tonsils removed, and rarely visit a doctor. I haven't so much as had a cough or a sniffle in four or five years now - I take vitamins, eat healthy, and work out daily (I've lost fifty pounds in the past two years).
