I got started in in the biz in Belgium and the francophone areas were a shit holes in the 1960s. Francophones don't make cities, they make ghettos.
Case in point,
Look at the fucking mess Montreal is this year. Half the city is stoned and the other half has fallen in a pothole. Also when booking talent it's almost impossible to find "une québécoise" that doesn't look like a wall of graffiti.
But I drive over to West Island and suddenly people become nice, roads start to become smooth and female talent don't look like a stoned tattoo artist went nuts on them.
