WHoa! Nice one! Man those 2bdrms would be 12k if they were in Manhattan. And trust me, owning a small business with any hint of high risk, and no bank on earth will give you a loan for the 2.5m it takes to buy a condo here. You better come with cash, and who has that liquid.
