After spending years fighting piracy by targeting the payment methods of piracy related sites I can tell you it is highly unlikely to have a payment processor take action on the basis of a third party advertising relationship with a pirate site. Especially when there's vagaries surrounding the lawfulness of making recordings of live streaming and then publishing them in the domicile of the site involved.
The most effective course of action is via the domain registry of the offending site and attempting to have the domain forfeited, something not without it's challenges,
