This is the same strategy as they used in Brexit. Leave voters dumb, remain voters 'sophisticated'.
After the vote it turned out that the majority of all those 'dumb, low educated' leave voters actually invested time and effort to learn what Brexit could mean to their country, what the EU actually does, and they based their vote on that.
The majority of 'smart' remain voters however didn't even know what the EU is let alone what a Brexit means. The search engines blew up after the Leave vote won with the most popular phrase: 'WHAT IS THE EU?'
A marketing insider who worked at a major data selling company said that the Remain campaign wasn't based on content, it was solely based on VANITY: Constantly repeating that the intelligent and smart vote for Remain. That's it! Those 'intelligent' idiots and brainwashed SJW college students all fell for it without knowing anything about it.
