They are very unlucky.
Bad luck that Flight MH370 was most likely crashed intentionally by a suicidal pilot. Same thing happened to the Germanwings flight except that guy threw up all kinds of red flags that were ignored. The Malaysian pilot was more discreet.
Bad luck also on MH17. Was the airspace safe? Obviously not for that flight. But it was considered safe enough that Singapore Airlines and Lufthansa also used the same airspace. Those are two very good airlines.
So yeah, bad luck IMO. I'll keep using them. Great service on the flights, nice planes, great lounge in KL, very reasonable Business Class fares.
