Every now and then I'll fly Malindo Air because they fly out of the small airport 15 minutes from my house. It didn't inspire confidence when I read in the in-flight magazine how a woman went from part-time shoe promotor to Malindo's publication department until they needed a pilot!

One thing I remember from flying Air Asia in Indonesia is asking their CSR guy how much longer we have to wait and hear "Don't worry , sir. The delay is on schedule".
