Your second paragraph about model personality for a solo site is a billion percent true, but... finding these girls is like a needle in a haystack. That is the hard part.
I haven't launched a new solo girl in years... the reason is that I cannot find a girl worthy of solo. I find some good girls, but they don't have enough of the package to invest time into. other than a single shoot for multi-model site content.
That's why I have moved to multi-model mostly now.
Hopefully this info helps you out altmman. If you throw something up blindly... it might not work out for you. Think it all through... solo or multi.
