5) Images - I don't mean images that you upload on your server. I mean images with <a href="www.yoursite.com" alt="yoursite" target="_blank"><img src="..."></a> that point to your site from other site. You need to use this type of links too.
7) There's a lot of linking domains that I would disavow on your site. The problem is to gather all these links. I think that you don't have some paid SEO tool like ahrefs, so the only thing that left is Webmaster Tools and free SEO tools. It's always best to have Excel file with all links you bought and check new links in Webmaster Tools and other SEO tools regularly. But the answer on your question cannot be answered for sure, since nothing in SEO is for sure. We don't know Google's algo. It's just experience.
8) Sites should be on different hosting, on domains with different WHOIS information, with different theme. Basically nothing should be the same.
