I'm looking to build a massive amateur/girlfriend niche network of websites. These websites will include: tube websites, category websites, feeder websites, paysites and more.

I'd like to put together a group of hard working guys to partner on the project. I can provide server(s), designs, content, scripts (Mechbunny, etc.), credit card processing, knowledge.

I'm ideally looking for guys that can fill a few spots, content guy to do updates, write titles, add keywords, etc. A traffic guy to build traffic to the websites, setup trades/link exchanges, etc. and a programmer, mainly for mods of Mechbunny and implementing new designs. I'm looking for guys who can do an hour of work here and there, and as we grow, it would become full-time.

I want to build a network of well over 100 websites -- I have around 20+ in development now that I can show anyone who might be interested in joining the team. All websites will fall under the main niche of amateur and include just about anything (milf, teen, facials, asians, interracial, latina, bizarre, gay, shemale, etc.)
