How could there be evidence that disproves a sexual advance that happened more than a decade ago? The Trump campaign is full of shit and they know it. We may see "something" but it won't prove or disprove anything. By the way, the NYT is welcoming a lawsuit because it means they have access to investigate fully. That's something someone who knows they're guilty does not want.
