Dont know with current twitter. but last year i've recycle all my twitter account from shopping niche to adult niche. and everything is ok.
when you buy twitter account maybe your follower come from followback account. they just focus in follow unfollow and dont care about tweet.
make sure you in your setting, check as sensitive media.
