Personal wealth is different from total wealth created in the economy.
How many people have made money from Trump's businesses, either as employees, or construction workers, etc.?
This is what people miss when they say he has been bankrupt or that he would have been better just investing his money in stocks. That may be true, but by doing it his way, he has employed tens of thousands of people over the years and their salaries went to boosting the economy.
