The cost of healthcare in America is down to one thing and one thing only. The private sector. Even Medicare is ruled by the prices it has to pay to compete with the private sector.
Look around the world to see countries do it for a lot less and have 100% cover. The UK treats foreigners free of charge and does it for less.
