I have a ton of projects in development and launched, and I've had one programmer after another not finish things, or take forever to complete anything, and I'm tired of dealing with guys who aren't willing to work and make money.

I'm looking for a partnership, I'm willing to give 25% (potentially 50% depending on your commitment) of profits from everything I'm already running and developing, which has roughly 2000 hours put in now, to someone who can do a couple hours of work here and there.

Here's one project that needs to be completed: GfTubes.com. I've currently had 3 programmers bail on this project (what is up is best viewed in a browser).

I also run a couple other tube sites and a bunch of feeders/category sites like: GfHomevideos.com
