Yes I sent an email with the stats that show the drop.
I asked to get the list of customer IDs in order to check with the ones I have to make sure that the number of lifetime customers remain identical (that I didnt lose anyone).
They replied that they do not share this type of information.
This is very strange since customer IDs are anonymous and they are included in the report ( csv file).
