For those who may not know me, I've been around since 2002 and I own Duke Dollars. Those that know me can attest to the fact that my reputation as an honest business man is rock solid. I don't make it a habit of calling out the shady practices of others unless I know there is a good chance of this happening to someone else.
I just wanted to give everyone here a heads up. Brent Hunter formerly of Adult Support Systems (ASS Inc.), also known as Red Rock Tech LLC is to be avoided at all costs. We had retained the service of ASS to maintain our customer support for quite some time. That was until his agents began leaving tickets unread, ignored and mishandled for several months.
It was at that time, that we ceased using their services, hired an internal support staff and requested our refundable deposit back. All looked alright until repayment of the deposit was slow to arrive. The amount owed was $2573.57. It took a couple months due to some financial hiccup excuses but we saw our first payment towards the balance:
$500...Then $285. Then after months of prodding, $200. And then it stopped. The remaining balance is $1,523.57.
We were offered repayment in terms of traffic. We were promised repayment once back on his feet. We were given every possible excuse, and now all contact has simply STOPPED.
