That's what investigations are for...to prove or disprove certain allegations. Just because it is unproven right now, does not necessarily mean it will remain unproven in the future.

You assume this wasn't uncovered during/right after the election. A county election official, who might be in favor of Trump, would have no reason to alert the media about a broken seal if that county went for Trump. |
