'I've met president bush 3 times. The first 2 times I was in uniform, clean shaven and bald. He was super nice and polite. He wanted me to call him George and talk to him like a person.

Fast forward a couple years I was no longer in the Marines, I had joined the national guard to basically have something to do as a transition. He seen me in a different uniform at a distance of about 80 feet while he was literally in a sea of people and called me over. then started teasing me about being in the wrong uniform.

As a person thats the kind of guy he was he remembered a Marine That sat down and drank a couple sodas with him and talked like he was a normal guy for a couple hours like 3 years later.'
