We do not need to reinvent the wheel to be successful nation. On other hand, you can't figure shit out for centuries.
4% inflation is super high for Norway. 30% inflation for Russia is a repetitive factor. Our quality of live is always in top 10 of the world. Russia is not cracking up 100. Enjoy your nesting dolls and Ladas, silly russian.
