When Sean Spicer says a lie like "he already released his tax returns", he knows it's a lie -- but he also knows there's a segment of the population who will believe that and accept it as fact. This is how Trump won. Just lie his ass off and plow forward as if nothing happened, until he feeds the next lie to his mongoloids.
