Why automate this?
Why not hire a creative soul for a reasonable weekly fee to go to the cam sites an hour or two a day (whatever is necessary) and interact with the girls with a few spontaneous pithy "guest" comments designed to wake them up and keep them attentive?
I've done every other kind of writing in this business, I'm sure I could do this.
