After doing a little (admittedly late) due diligence, I now regret posting that link as I'm convinced that there's more smoke than fire here.
To be fair to Bill and the Nubiles organization, I've never heard any model say anything bad about them, and my dealings with them have always been marked by courtesy and professionalism. I also take the rants that models post on Twitter, GFY, etc. with a very large pinch of salt--believe it or not, some of these models are frequent, fluent, and credible liars, though some of the Captain Save-a-Ho types here will beg to differ.
Over the nearly twenty years I've been shooting porn, I too have had a few incidents where girls turned something minor into huge dramas, to the point now that I'm wary around girls with certain personality types. And if a girl shows up on my set even a tiny bit intoxicated on whatever, I refuse to shoot her and send her on her way.
This kind of drama is occasionally par for the course when you've been shooting for a while. Ultimately, for those of us who've worked in the business for many years, if we have good reputations and are well regarded by our peers, we can always fall back on that as evidence we've always behaved to the highest standards in the past, and are thus probably not guilty of any wild charges leveled against us.
