If you can't find someone to employ you for a decent wage and some security. You can always go self-employed and approach small to medium companies. Offering to build and manage their online presence.
IMO a lot of online porn will disappear over the next few years. Big companies will continue to dominate. Buying up smaller sites or just putting them out of business. Then your job is in jeopardy.
Has that already happened to you and how big were those companies?
