There are producers who posted in that thread who still haven't got paid in full, and some have given up hope of ever getting what is owed them. If you look hard enough you'll find other threads from 2013 and earlier about ATK owner, Kim Nielsen's, dislike of paying people--one of those is referenced in the above thread--so it's a perennial problem.

You will also find posts from producers such as myself who have been paid in full. Yes, there were some delayed payments but I didn't ever have to chase Kim for my money. I've had a number of great clients over the years and ATK is high on that list.
I don't think I know you RTP but I can appreciate the position you are now in. Congrats on the new gig and best of luck to you!
