As others have said, every scoring play is automatically reviewed by the booth. The play was reviewed, there is no "on the spot review" of any scoring plays. If the player had been deemed to be short of the goal line, the refs would have been notified by the booth and the game would have carried on. If you are new to the nfl, then I understand, but I get the feeling you are completely oblivious to how things work in terms of the referreeing.
