I was working on this in the past I had a dildo attached to actuators and wanted to do an interactive thing where one could move the dildo with a mouse and squirt a camgirl for tokens...It's incredibly hard to make something that will not block the thin tube that goes through the dildo and that is suitable for refilling and also safe to consume...It would have been the bomb...
Anywsy condensed milk is your best option for filming it comes in various thickness you need the thicker ones...
