Disbursed in aerosol form VX in a confined space like a subway/metro or a shopping mall, school, hospital, etc. would be a human tragedy of terrorist death. Terrorists could remotely detonate the poison aerosol -- and watch the people die. Even use a commercial drone as the delivery vehicle -- exploding mid-air for maximum effect.
