Where are you reading that Obama apologized??? he made a statement the he himself did not order one. However, reports are saying that the FISA court did indeed start an investigation & perhaps ordered the wiretap. Keep in mind FISA court judges are a-political, as well.

"Although no one has confirmed a FISA investigation, or wiretaps in Trump Tower, several news outlets have reported its existence. The most detailed account thus far, from the BBC in January, provided a timeline: The Justice Department sought a FISA warrant in June to intercept communications from two Russian banks suspected of facilitating donations to the Trump campaign. The judge reportedly rejected the warrant, and a narrower version sought in July. A new judge granted the order in mid-October, according to the BBC."

Either way, Trump's folks need to provide proof of this wiretap. Otherwise, he's going to appear seriously delusional, as the truth of these things are going to come to light eventually.
