Vladimir Putin was a KGB Foreign Intelligence Officer for 16 years, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. The last two most viable opponents to his presidency were shot and killed, as well as outspoken media opponents, leaders of protests etc.
Strange how Giuliani had all those juicy FBI leaks about Clinton and Republicans ate it up along with emails stolen by Russian foreign inteligence but when it comes to leaks about Trump we can't trust these corrupt agencies.
