b) I would get rid of the scroll bar next to "Welcome home baby", it's very easy to fix.

c) I would use another background color (but honestly, thats mostly just my personal taste).
That de-saturated Indigo is a bit too distracting in my opinion. A simple black would be more stylish if you ask me and puts more focus on the gorgeous photos on your site.
