Yes, dated for a reason. When assange was a hunted man and ran to Russia with his tail between his legs for refuge it came at a price.. the price was Putin got to use wikileaks as a cover for his own intelligence agency any time he feels like it. Maybe if he didn't use it in such an obvious way it would actually be more effective but he seems to be a bit dim with these regards--which is a bit surprising honestly.
