It also makes it extremely obvious, that any person that does that kind of work, seriously needs to have in car video recording to protect their self. The sad part is even with the recording, the guy would still be arrested, put in jail and he would have to "prove" he wasn't guilty. He'd likely lose his ability to work for uber even after he proved he wasn't guilty. The video would just be circumstantial evidence to cast doubt on the accusers but wouldn't necessarily prove he didn't do it if she made the claim..

how would a video of the incident be circumstantial evidence? how would he lose his ability to work if he had a video of the whole event where he is obviously innocent?
