If the US would quit helping everyone, there would be less war.
Israel would probably settle their differences but not when it looks like they can get more.
And if that were settled, there would be less excuses made in other conflicts. But I am sure they would come up with some new ones.
War is often easy to sell till we see body bags or it's not your kids getting killed to make you ask if this is worth it.
What exactly would we be fighting for in Syria & Iraq
If there was no oil over there, we could care less. Just look at Africa.
And who will gain the most benefit from our actions to stabilize the region.... China.
Everyone is willing to send BLOOD & TREASURE over there but not spend the same here to make ourselves more independent.
I have been a supporter of Alt Energy as a matter of national security for 20 years. I don't hug trees but I don't destroy them for the sake of it either.
So how about a war for Independence of foreign needs at home.
It might even lower your taxes and create jobs 'here'.
