What you described above is completely possible with PartnerLoad! We have many users doing exactly that. You upload your file, title, description, categories, tags, .jpg one time. Schedule the video for the day and time you want and it will get sent to all the tube sites at that exact time, no extra work from you.
You can then repeat that process one time for each of your videos, schedule them all separately for each day of the week/month. They will all get sent out and uploaded on the day and time you scheduled, you can schedule your whole week/month in one shot and PartnerLoad does the rest!
As far as categories, they are all linked with the tube site's categories. Meaning, if you select "BigBoobs" in partnerload for that video, it will select the correlating category on each tube site. So for example, on pornhub it would select "Big Tits", youporn "Huge Boobs" etc.
