Putin never keeps his word and has a looooong history of breaking his agreements.
The first world gave Putin a chance. Putin fucked everyone over. We even let Putin host the Olympics and what did he do? Fucked up the Olympics by doping all those Russian athletes, and got caught!
Now Putin wants to destabilize America & Europe, and invaded Crimea & Ukraine. Putin has proven through his actions that he's a bad hombre and doesn't keep his word. Putin has no good will for the west.
Now Putin is relegated to 2nd and 3rd world dictators until his eventual demise.
