Just did a quick check for you, the order you are referencing is from 2015, so there would be no FTP available for an order that old. At that time we used downloadable links. If ou have lost your content for some reason, contact us on SKYPE or ICQ and we will have the order rebuilt from scratch (may take a little bit of time) into our new FTP system for you, no charge.
