Yes, stupid you. SS-18 are still in service till they will be replaced by "Sarmats". A single or multiple warhead equipment is just an option. Nobody knows how many and where. This is something that's called a top secret information. I don't know it. You don't know it and the wikipedia writers don't know it too. Otherwise they would write their posts from GULAG. The SS-18 system is very old and that's why there is a new generation of ICBM's to replace it. But there is no technical problem to have one 25 megaton warhead or 15 one megaton ones - they are mounted on the same missile.
Nobody knows how many SS-18 are in service right now and which equipment they have, but we just know they are loaded and ready. The Dead Hand "Perimeter" is also on and operational. Formally Russia has no chemical and biological WMD's, but we both know it's not truth.
