an idea what may happen is the UK will have another recession to lower the prices of homes, rent & to buy.
At this moment in time, the north seems reasonable for buyers and renters, but London, well, itīs ridiculous. Of course, with so many homes empty, the prices need to come down & make the towns & communities turning over with money & growth.
