Gspot & i both work in the industry and in every non political thread the trolls follow us posting off topic hate with personal insults trying to drive us and others off the board.

Lurkers are scared off because they see all the hate from users we have blocked off.

It's a shame the mods are letting this happen but they're clearly ok with it to some extent.
